You’ve got a bad habit and you’re tired of it. So, how can I help you resolve your issue?

Maybe you pick at your skin.
 Maybe you have some substance in your life that it’s time you parted ways with.
 Maybe there’s some other habit you have that you’ve really tried to break but just haven’t been able to do it on your own.

You’ve tried over and over to stop but you just can’t shake it. Your rational mind wants to quit it, but the rest of you — that deeper part of you — doesn’t want to cooperate.

How can this work for you?

THE PROBLEMLogically you know continuing to do it isn’t doing you any good. You know that it doesn’t make any sense. But there’s a part of your mind that keeps sending a very powerful signal to do it. Maybe even so powerful that you sometimes do it before you consciously realize it… even after you’ve decided to stop!

THE SOLUTION: To use hypnosis to work directly with the part of your mind that’s sending that “do it” signal. So you have the chance to work directly with that subconscious/emotional part of your mind — the part that’s drives you to keep biting, even after you’ve decided to stop. So you have the chance to genuinely SOLVE the problem where it’s happening rather than just talking about it or learning techniques to manage it.

How many sessions does it take?

I can’t say how long it would take to help you eliminate your habit. You may work slowly, you may work quickly. Some problems are straightforward, some are complicated. Most people fall somewhere between two to ten sessions, but I’ve definitely seen clients who have needed more time than that.

How are the results?

The vast majority of clients I’ve worked with to eliminate their habits have solved their problem. It’s been more work for some than others, and many have resolved other issues in the process. There are people who don’t get good results, though. Fortunately, I’m able to screen most of those people before they spend time or money getting started.
